Principle of Rhythm: Everything has a cycle, and nothing in the Universe is still.

Hi there! How is the week going so far? Did you listen to July’s Forecast? This week, we will continue talking about the seven Hermetic laws of the Universe, according to Kybalion. As always, we continue with one entry each month. Therefore, this month we are going to have the fifth, the Principle of Rhythm. These laws are fascinating, and without realizing it, we are applying many of them, one of the most popular being the principle of attraction. If we keep these principles in mind, we will see and experience the Universe in a much more complete way. These are the seven Hermetic laws of the Universe, and they will have a link as we talk about them.

First, I leave you here the seven principles:

  1. The principle of mentalism.
  2. The principle of correspondence.
  3. The principle of vibration.
  4. The principle of polarity.
  5. The principle of rhythm.
  6. The principle of cause and effect.
  7. The principle of gender.

Consider all these principles. You will see the Universe with a greater and better perspective. Knowledge is an essential aspect of spirituality. As we see more, we can continue to grow with more learning. Besides, they will be short entries. So, let’s go to the point! This month, as I said above, we will talk about the Principle of Rhythm.

The Principle of Rhythm tells us that there is nothing permanent, whether it is good or bad.

As you can see, all these principles are very connected. For example, the Principle of Vibration tells us that everything is constantly moving. This is also the case based on the Principle of Rhythm since it indicates that everything is constantly moving. Also, the Principle of Correspondence tells us that everything in the Universe is patterns. The Principle of Rhythm tells us that there is always a pattern to the changes we experience in life. As you can see, everything is connected (as the Principle of Mentalism tells us), including these principles. In this case, these patterns and movements always occur in cycles, such as death and reincarnation.

Everything flows outward and inward. Everything has its tides. All things rise and fall. I invite you to spend a little time on these words. Explore how you can apply this in your life and the world around you. In fact, we popularly mention the Principle of Rhythm a lot with, “all that goes up, comes down.” Perhaps here you are thinking about gravity since it is the most obvious. However, I can also tell you that this is true in the Stock Market. The shares of a company go up a lot until those same shares go down.

Here, if you remember, we could see the Principle of Polarity, that the same actions have opposite poles (they go down or up.) I remind you that only we perceive linear time. Therefore, this occurs simultaneously.

The Principle of Rhythm tells us that there is nothing permanent, good or bad.

This is the same nature as the cycles that the Earth has (seasons), or even day and night. And this does not apply only to the planet since we can also observe the changes that these cycles make in our bodies. It is as if, for example, you imagine a pendulum, constantly swinging from left to right, repeatedly, having high peaks and low peaks. In fact, there is a certain sense of predictability with the Principle of Rhythm and these cyclical movements. And this is where we can also delve into this topic.

I am always commenting on how important it is to find moments of silence, introspection, and reflection (You can always sacrifice a little time invested in using electronics.) If you have a problem, for example, many times during these introspection moments, you can find answers and solutions. This does not mean that everything will change immediately, but thanks to the rhythm principle, you will fully understand the whole situation. You will only have to take action on the matter, and you are going to direct yourself towards this solution you are looking for.

I want to give you some advice.

When you have a problem or difficulty, do not focus only on the problem to solve it. The Principle of Polarity tells us that everything has two poles, equal in nature but opposite in degree. Since everything has a cycle, you are going to have the opportunity to observe both grades. As the Principle of Rhythm tells us, nothing is permanent, no matter whether it is positivity or negativity. In this way, you can already understand that no one is trapped and with no way out or solution. In fact, you may find that sometimes the solution is as simple as changing your mental or spiritual focus.

The Principle of Rhythm allows you to shift to the positive.

This principle is the catalyst that adjusts us to find peace and balance.

The Principle of Rhythm can help you with your peace of mind¬†and even with the Law of Attraction. And one of the keys is to start living in the now. As you well know, there are a total of seven Hermetic laws of the Universe, so you have to take them all into account. In fact, when I’m done talking about all the Hermetic Principles. I will give you a strategy to take them all into account easily and get the most out of it. I want to comment that nothing is absolute, and nothing is permanent. For this reason, you must know how to live in the now correctly. Corporations and society itself work with linear time. Therefore, you have to know how to play the game of life. In the future, I will also write an entry on this topic.

The best thing about focusing on now is really putting your full attention on what you are doing. If you fully immerse yourself in each part of the cycle of what you are doing, you will ensure that you have all the experiences and learnings possible in your situation. If you focus on this as if it were a meditative exercise, it will help you not to focus on worries of the past or anxieties of the future. This also has its benefits taking into account the other Principles, so I tell you that it is worth taking this into account.

The Principle of Rhythm is connected with life itself.

I want to share with you a good example about the Principle of Rhythm. And by this, I mean the circadian rhythm of every living being. The circadian rhythm is a 24-hour cycle that regulates our sleep-wake cycles based on temperature and light. And practically in any aspect of our existence or Universe, we will see different rhythms or cycles. In fact, Newton’s third law speaks of this principle when it says, “For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction.” In fact, this principle is a window to monitor and observe the changes in our mental states.

How to use this Principle.

Since as I mentioned before, the Principle of Rhythm is a catalyst to find balance and peace of mind. Observing this, we can feel grateful that we can realize (and overcome) the fact that grief and pain are only temporary, plus you will have their opposites which are enjoyment and happiness. The trick is to know this Principle well and know how to use it, rather than succumbing to it. It is essential to have the ability to raise your vibrations, break with behaviors and attitudes. It is also important to be more prepared to face the downturns and failures that life will bring you.

So the important thing is to understand that this Principle teaches us to have the wisdom and self-knowledge necessary to learn how to face both the positive and negative of each situation. And really, taking this into account, it will help us a lot to take the desired path at any time. It is precisely this that can help us to live as long as possible in the here and now. I invite you to try to observe this principle in each of the situations in your life. You will have superior peace of mind, as well as a lot of assertiveness and confidence in your own potential and success.

Little by little, you will be able to observe how your wisdom grows and expands.

Next week we will continue to delve into the chakras. Let’s talk to see what happens when these chakras are overactive or underactive. And of course, some tips to open them. Next is the throat chakra, so we are going to be talking about this next week. Having this chakra open and protected will open many doors in life for you. But all this in a week! I will tell you next week. Make sure to listen to July’s Forecast 2021. I am pretty sure you are going to enjoy the read! See you next Wednesday!
