All my life, friends and family have told me that my voice is very soothing. Several years ago, a shaman and vocalist friend encouraged me to create guided meditations, and that's how I got started. It was a beautiful start for an amazing journey that keeps happening today.
Since then, I began to develop them, inspired and channeled through my Spirit Guides. I have been honored to host guided events in the United States and Spain. Years later, I had the pleasure of hosting many guided meditation events, and I continue to aim for more.

A 5 minutes meditation a day keeps the doctor away
I mean it, and while guided meditation cannot replace any medical practice, it will surely be a powerful addition to it. If you are healthy, meditating at least five minutes a day will massively improve your mental health, as well as your physical health.
Take meditation as a small stand-by where your mind can realign itself, bringing you mindfulness and well-being. When the physical body relaxes, you release tension contributing to better cardiovascular health.
You can easily find 5 to 10 minutes a day to slow down and experience meditation for relaxation. You can deduct some cell phone/social media time to invest these 5-10 minutes for the wellness or your body and mind.
Meditation techniques, advice, and notes.
Meditation is for everybody, so even if you think you cannot meditate, think again! A lot of times it goes down to set and setting, as well as to be open, and ready to receive what you are seeking. Take a look over a few points to keep in mind:
Mindfulness and Visualization Meditation
A guided meditation should not be complicated, for this reason, you will find that all the scripts here are straightforward to follow. While quite a few of these meditations will take you very deeply, you will not have to make difficult visualizations. Furthermore, you will find some guided meditations that only center on physical and emotional perception versus visualization.
One essential ingredient to experiencing the best spiritual meditation is the voice of the facilitator. You need to enjoy the voice, and for that reason, I am sharing with you a small video so you can listen to me, "In meditation mode," and see how you like it:
How was it? I hope you found my voice soothing, calming, and relaxing. I am positive you will, or at least, this is what most people tell me.
The importance of set and setting.
While meditation is easy, it also has its small rules and requirements. Nothing fancy, just some basics for example, to no one to bother you. You need to find a quiet and safe space where you can sit or lay down, and completely let go. You will enhance your meditation benefits if the space is cool, and well taken care of.
Sometimes, closing shop and going into meditation for at least five minutes is something wonderful that I strongly recommend, at least, now and then. However, I also recommend to plan a little bit.
For example, if you want to meditate at 7:00 PM today, you should not cram your "to-do" list right a minute before you meditate. Not only because something might come up, and you will end up not meditating, but if you meditate, you will not get the most out of it.
If you are doing an online guided meditation, you need to make sure that you have a good connection, and that whatever device you are using is in quiet mode, so your meditation is not interrupted. If you are using your phone, you should block incoming calls to make sure your meditation never stops playing.
One good reason for you to plan is to know well which meditations you could do. For example, here you will find some power meditation worth 3-4 minutes, however, you will find some profound meditations that last 45 minutes.
Be aware of your own needs and abilities. If you need to start small, do it, as you will get much more out of a brief but well-done meditation versus a longer one if you cannot be focused for a long time. Remember, meditation is not a competition, what matters is to meditate well, daily meditation, to bring proper wellness.
However, if you feel that long meditations are for you, don't hesitate to experience them as you will find some around here. I recommend varying meditation length.
Some meditation tips
First of all, set the intention for your targetted benefit during your meditation. You will find here sub-categories where you can choose the goal for your meditation. For example, let's say that you want meditation for anxiety. You need to also keep in mind why you want to remove your anxiety, and how well you will feel afterward. It might sound silly, but it has more power than you think.
Maybe you want to try a sleep meditation, and if you do, you want to make sure that if there are more people at home, you warn them, so you are not interrupted. You want to be extra at peace when doing a sleep meditation, and subconscious thoughts matter here.
I recommend that you use meditation for personal introspection and betterment. For example, meditations focused on bringing forward your inner power, or meditations aimed towards your self-esteem.
Please, remember that meditation is to reach mindfulness, improve your heath, bring peace to your life, and make you feel happier overall. You mustn't stress out as far as progress. As I have shared above, meditation is not a race. Neither there is better nor worse, what each person meditates, it is up to them.
If you think you are stuck, and not progressing, reapproach your intentions. Focus on the meditations that work for you, even if they are short, and reap their benefits. Focus on your needs, not on whether you are good at meditating or not. Believe it or not, this is key.
An amazing background will help you go deep.
Only allow yourself to be guided, and enjoy as much as you can the beautiful meditation music. All music is Royalty-Free from paid subscriptions to popular sources such as Audioblocks. Thanks to this, you can enjoy a profound variation of different types of audio, from very spiritual ones to empowering (but relaxing ones.)
Furthermore, some guided meditations have nature sounds, as well as other soothing sound effects including brainwaves, solfeggio, and 438 Hz frequencies to promote more healing. Everything adds to yield to a powerful experience.
One awesome feature is that you can get your own personalized guided meditation, which means that basically, you can build it as you wish: you choose the script, the background, the extra frequencies, the subliminal, and even the topic and goals of the script.
How can I get started?
As I have been sharing above, meditating is a matter of just doing it, and moving on from there. If you never meditated before, I will recommend you a meditation for beginners. These are the easiest to do, and neither they are super long, so you don't have to invest a lot of time from the start.
I recommend you avoid meditating in bed unless this is the only quiet place you can find. Ideally, for proper sleep, you only want to use the bed for sex and sleeping. Don't stress though if you can online meditate here, as is the best "other thing" that you can do in bed in case of not have other choices. You neither want not to meditate!
If you believe you cannot visualize images, and you cannot relax by giving guided imagery alone, you can check out the Aphantasia Meditations category. You will be delighted to know that these are super issues, and you will not be visualizing.
