All about Energy Healing and the Light we can all tap into.
Hello! How are you? I hope the October forecast has been helpful to you; as always, all these messages come with love and good vibrations to guide us monthly. This week we will make another compilation, this time about energy healing. This is something extraordinary that we are all capable of receiving and even channeling. We all have a healer inside, so these posts will help you enable this energy.
There are many ways to receive and give healing, from a medical point of view and on a spiritual level. Here, of course, we will focus on the spiritual pathways. However, this does not mean just focusing on moving energy. There are many ways to heal, techniques, and aspects that we can treat. We have played quite a few over the years, and we will mention some of them, perhaps the most interesting.
What is energy healing?
As we know, everything in the Universe is energy, which is in constant motion. Science has developed a lot thanks to this concept, starting with neutrinos and everything humanity has been discovering. And this does not only apply to the physical plane or tangible things. So when it comes to healing, there is not only tangible medicine and the self-repairing capacity of a living organism; there is much more.
For example, we can start with an ancient Japanese technique to move energy. Known and practiced worldwide, this is called Reiki. Today, millions of people know what this word means. A way of channeling and moving energy that brings tranquility, well-being, and healing. It also brings us the ability to channel this energy through space-time and to be able to help other people remotely. Here are a couple of links:
Reiki connection.
For example, you already have a base to learn about energy healing. The truth is that Reiki is incredible, and it changes many people’s lives. Sometimes you ask me if I do Reiki connections and what the process is like. I like to exchange a couple of messages before the process to exchange some energy. However, once that little step is made, we can work on a Reiki connection, and in most cases, I’ll be happy. You can see that here:
This will help you awaken the healer within you. In addition, it will also open your heart and perception to new energies. You will begin to be more empathic, and you will also start to see the world from a more collective and open point of view.
More ways to heal.
We live in a world of duality and in a plane where we face challenges and difficulties to grow as Souls having a human experience. Therefore, we will find ourselves in multiple situations where we have to heal and the possibility of doing so. I leave you some entries to observe what other things we can heal and how:

There are many ways to receive energy, help, and healing. Our beloved and abused planet Earth is a powerful ally (although sometimes we don’t deserve it.) And we can also heal ourselves through earthly energies. We are going to talk about this next week, but I want you to read some posts where you can find healing:
