How do the Elemental Energies flow to help us?
Hi there! Have you done any energy healing? I have received more messages than I imagined, and I am delighted. It is a pleasure to help you receive the Light you need, and even more, to be able to help you find your Light. This week we will talk about Elemental Energies and how they help us. We usually focus much more on the astral plane and higher consciousness; however, we must not forget that we live on a planet with a consciousness that can also bring us a lot.
And I want to start by saying that the Earth is much more than a habitable planet for humans and everything surrounding us. We have already touched on this topic a bit in previous posts since, in part, we come to Earth to have endless opportunities, experiences, and learning. But there is much more to it than this. In a way, although we mistreat Mother Earth, she has given us life and continues to provide us with thanks to her cycles, position in the Solar System, and at a certain level, her consciousness. I want to tell you a little more.
Connect deeply with the Elemental Energies in the shamanic world.
This is the first great gift that our beloved planet offers us. We do not know much about our planet or the physical plane. I want to start by talking about the “shamanic worlds,”; and although humanity has known these worlds since ancient times, it has always been something, in a way, only for shamans. It is now that, little by little, more people (and not only shamans) decide to explore and benefit from these worlds full of Elemental Energies.
These three worlds have the same laws as the physical plane, including karma, so we must respect these worlds. But come on, only if you went to these worlds with bad intentions could you receive karmic lessons; otherwise, you have nothing to worry about. I will tell you a little about each one, although I left you a link last week.
The Lower World.
The Underworld is perhaps the most visited. This is like a vast Amazon jungle full of elemental beings. Here you can meet your power animal and find lost fragments of your soul due to negative experiences in life. Here you can also find healing and help from elemental beings and spirits. You will explore this world a lot as the energy is lovely. As a starseed, I can tell you that although very earthy and elemental, the energy is fantastic.

The Middle World.
Here we have the second world, and this is the least visited. This world is perhaps less necessary than the other two. However, this does not mean that Mid-World is inferior. All earthly energies are vital. In this world, we can perhaps seek help with day-to-day problems, very human problems that perhaps the other two worlds could not solve directly. Here we could also see how human consciousness is at a collective level and what advice can be received.

The Upper World.
And this is the third shamanic world that we can visit. This is a world connected to the sky. But do not confuse it with religion; this is a world literally made of clouds. When you visit this world, you will navigate a world made of clouds, filled with wind elementals, and spiritual beings with pure energy. This world is excellent for healing and relaxation. In this world, you will receive help from their beings if you ask for it, and you will be able to find very high well-being.

Other gifts from our beloved planet.
Shamanic worlds are lovely and full of Elemental Energies. These are very easy to visit; in the previous links, you can read how. But things do not end here. To begin with, and with the most basic that we can imagine, the Earth gives us life. You have to have gratitude, and you don’t have to take it for granted. If the Earth stopped being this way, it would no longer be a habitable home for the trillions of beings that inhabit it. So these are already beautiful gifts.
The Earth can heal everything.
The Earth certainly has everything that any being needs to heal any problem. Humanity took this path thousands of years ago. However, little by little, and unfortunately, it has been separating from Mother Earth. Humanity has decided to take different ways and even abandon natural medicines with enormous power. I have a post where I talk about this topic. However, you must consult with your doctor if alternative medicine is for you.
This entry talks about the Master Plants, and medicine that Gaia offers us for endless things. As I have said before, just like the medicines made by human beings, you should consult a health professional before using them. However, the reading will surely enlighten you; you can read about them here.
And well, we could continue talking about more gifts that our planet gives us; however, many of them you already know; you have to open your eyes and observe. For example, trees provide shade, fruit, and energy that can clean us. Water, an optimal temperature, and an ecosystem rich in life are many gifts we have around us, but we must respect and give love.
Therefore, we must take care of Gaia.
As you can see, the love of the Earth towards all the beings that inhabit it is absolute. It is, in a way, an unconditional love that we receive without question, so we have to give it a little more love in return. You have to take care of it a little more, and the small details are, in the end, the ones that help the most. The Elemental Energies are available to us.
So it’s essential to have a bit of positive awareness of the Earth, okay? Next week we will discuss empathy’s more positive aspects and how to take advantage of the more positive ones.
