You too can open and feel Spiritual Oneness as we are all connected
Hi, there! I hope you are enjoying a fabulous week. How did you like the last week’s article about Black Auras? I hope it helps you to understand that even if you are having a hard time in your life, you will get out of that phase. You only need to take action, and soon, your aura will be vibrant again. Today we will talk about connecting to Spiritual Oneness with super easy steps where awareness is already one of them.
You want to include Spiritual Oneness awareness in your life because you feel more connected to everything. You want to ponder and reflect a little once you finish reading this article because perhaps, you will intend for a better approach to life, both physically, and spiritually. We will not go very deep into the concept, I want to make it simple. The purpose here is for you to better align yourself to a higher energetic vibration.
Perhaps starting with human diversity is the first step, but not stopping there. Understanding Oneness among all living beings and co-existing together for a better life. Only from here, you can then start to feel Spiritual Oneness and understand this at a more physical level, and from here, onwards. We are all souls having experiences in the physical plane, but there is a collective consciousness that connects us all, and it is time you start to perceive this.
We are all connected… plants, humans, birds, lions… it doesn’t matter
If you think about the fact that everything is energy, we can tell that we are all connected. We live in a plane of existence where we need to understand we are souls having a human experience, and with this, we are subject to duality and separation. We are individual beings, individualized souls following our purpose. However, this is a perception, and awareness that enables soul growth as we go through different experiences and life lessons.
You don’t need to believe in Oneness to feel Oneness. You only need to open your heart to the concept and realize that you are surrounded by a world that is all interconnected.
It gets to a point that you need to understand that everything is connected. Imagine your life in a painting; the frame would represent symbolically the “edges of your life,” which means the borders to where your experiences reach. The background will fill up this entire picture, as well as other characters and yourself. If you think of energy represented as paint, there is paint filling up the entire painting from the frames to the center of the picture.

The entire Universe is the same, especially among beings with consciousness such as you. You need to understand there is a collective consciousness, and if you train your mind and heart to tap it, you can experience it as well. You don’t have to be a yogi and give up your entire social life to achieve this, however, you need to invest some quality time, especially at first. You too can easily feel spiritual oneness, but you need to take some steps.
The problem of internal fragmentation of the mind
In a way, we are trained from even before birth to perceive duality and separation. As I shared above, this is necessary for you to learn life lessons, as well as to develop as a soul. In a way, a significant part of the third dimension is precisely to this outcome. However, this doesn’t mean that we should stick with duality, as it is precisely an important step in the soul’s development to learn to tap into Spiritual Oneness. If you are reading this, most likely you are already taking this step and embracing Spiritual Oneness.
The mind is wired to understand duality, as well as your subconscious. You are trained to take care of yourself first to the point that you are bound to your fight-or-fight mechanism in a survival situation. However, as you and the rest of humans evolve spiritually, it is time to learn to see beyond these mechanisms. In modern society, you don’t act only based on instinct, but adding some reason and intellect to the situation.

The next step is for you to start walking towards Spiritual Oneness. You need to learn to see through your mind’s eye as well as through your heart instead of just a logical approach. Logic is fantastic, I am a fan of it, but sometimes, it is bound to the ego. Not to your ego specifically, but the ego of what we, as a civilization, know collectively. This is quite easy, and probably you have already taken this step and you haven’t noticed.
If you can, at least intellectually (okay, maybe a bit emotionally too), perceive some energy, you are already on a journey to Spiritual Oneness. The first step is to start perceiving beyond your physical senses. There is more to what the eye can meet, and here is when we start talking about the ·”energetic world.” You need to understand it but also feel it down to your heart. Over the years I have learned that emotions are more powerful than you can imagine, and they play a key role in everything.
As you start perceiving more, you will understand how everything is connected. In a way, it is hard to explain because human language doesn’t have the words or the means to communicate such emotions. Emotions are more complex than logical language, which is one reason that you also need to work on your empathic abilities. You too have a degree of empathy, pretty much every human has it.
You will perceive the wider existence of consciousness
It is amazing what you can perceive, and trust me, you don’t need to be a psychic to perceive Spiritual Oneness. I don’t want to sound ironic, but seriously, I have worked with a lot of people with lifetimes far away from spirituality, and yet, wanting to experience Oneness and feel more connected. You only need to understand that there is a pretty much endless world out there. In the same way, that you feel connected to your loved ones, you will feel that this connection keeps going through all living beings.
Think of a non-dual awareness where you feel that you are part of everything. You can imagine this as if you were in a stadium, for example, and you all are cheering your team collectively. You all will feel like one. Now, imagine this escalates to your entire surroundings, the entire planet Earth, and the entire Universe.
You will start to live more in harmony, so if you want to reach this state, make sure to include meditation in your life, as well as to make sure to be grounded. It is not a bad thing to go through the many stimuli life offers, but you need to make sure that you also find your own sacred space. As you do, you will find yourself more at peace, not only with yourself but with the world that surrounds you. You will start to feel more connected as if you are a part of something greater.

Every soul has a different path, so I am not giving examples of what comes next, but I can tell you that in the end, you will find yourself closer to Oneness. You will understand how valuable is life from the smallest bug, to a human being, to any being across the Universe. You will realize that connecting to Oneness is a transition, not something that you just accomplish. Little by little, you will get accustomed to feeling more connected. It’s like a profound feeling of belonging but with your entire surroundings at once.
The feeling of Oneness will constantly grow, but you will never lose the capacity to keep going through life as the individual you are. You cannot deny yourself, in this society, you need to be well grounded in your power to stay both protected and the negative side of your ego. You will know how to use a fraction of your consciousness to perceive the bigger picture of things, and perhaps, a deeper understanding of the experience you are going through.
So, what happens next? How can I help myself to tap into Spiritual Oneness?
I believe that walking toward Oneness is part of the Spiritual Awakening. It is not about filling your consciousness with knowledge, which while helpful, doesn’t complete the big picture on its own. It is about having next experiences and expanding your capability to perceive beyond your physical senses. You will also get to understand how valuable is every living being, as well as every single thing that helps to form our Universe.
There is nothing I can tell you as far as a rule of thumb here. This path will be unique for you, and I don’t want to spoil it by giving you ideas based on the experience of those I worked with or my own. You will be steadily feeling drawn to learn more about mind and heart-expanding activities while you will keep enjoying your hobbies, regardless of how down-to-earth they are. Your life will become more fruitful because you will enjoy deep physical experiences as well as spiritual ones.

The feeling is wonderful and hard to put into words. Imagine when you feel or feel super connected with someone. Take this feeling and imagine you feel it for the world that surrounds you. You will look into nature, for example, and feel connected. You will look up the stars, and in a way, you will feel that “everything will make sense to you.” I recommend you work steadily towards perceiving this, don’t feel rushed because it will just come to you.
A few shortcuts, please?
Shortcuts can be fantastic but also don’t forget that sometimes, emerging into the full experience is best. Taking into account a few things will help you toward Spiritual Oneness, but the foundation here is your day-to-day dedication to it. Remember that you are working on expanding your consciousness. The following will help you:
- Meditation: You need to be able to connect with yourself, as well as with the world that surrounds you. Guided meditations will help you align your mind away from the ego into a higher consciousness. When you learn to slow down now and observe, you will become more mindful, improving your mental and spiritual health. Spiritual Oneness is a state of being, so you need to wire yourself to it. For example, Divine Connection guided meditation will help you see much further.
- Inner work focused on integration: You need to first feel you belong. This doesn’t mean belonging physically to where you are but belonging to what you are doing. You need to be authentic with yourself and make sure you are doing your best to follow the path you desire. You need to be connected with your desires, your needs, weaknesses, and strengths. In other words, you need to know yourself clearly, and from here, use this knowledge to get the most out of your life.
- Solitary Immersion: As you expand your consciousness, you will find great peace in just dwelling within your energy, and letting yourself go. Here, you will not experience any intellectual feedback about yourself, and your life, but mainly enjoy the here and now. I find that in this state you can get closer to feeling Spiritual Oneness, especially if you clear your mind, and just allow yourself to be taken away within the silence that surrounds you.
These are a few cornerstones that will make a positive impact on your spiritual growth. You need to connect with yourself and understand what you feel drawn the most. Think about it, you are learning to connect to Spiritual Oneness, so you need to connect with the process! (Pun intended.)

I want to also mention Master Plants as powerful teachers and helpers to perceive Spiritual Oneness. Connecting with the Teachers at the right time can yield a positive spiritual impact. However, it can be dangerous, especially at an emotional level if you intend to use the wisdom from these Plant Teachers. If you intend to connect with them, make sure that you seek proper guidance through the entire process.
Spiritual Oneness is a lifestyle
To wrap up, I want to share with you that you do not want to rush to archive Oneness. If you feel the need to rush, you certainly are not aligned properly. You need to work on yourself a little bit every there and start expanding your mental and spiritual abilities that will bring you closer to the state of Oneness. I do not recommend you start off with shortcuts and aids, but instead you work on the foundation first, which is you. From here, you will be expanding your connection with the Universe.
FAQ
Q: What is the significance of Spiritual Oneness?
A: To keep simple, this goes around understanding and feeling that we are all connected and that we share a collective consciousness. Your mind will open to be part of this awareness.
Q: Why is it challenging to experience Oneness?
A: We live in a society where the ego takes an essential role, therefore, it takes more time to learn to drop it when necessary. You need to work through meditation as well as opening your mind and heart.
Q: How does the mind contribute to the difficulty of experiencing Oneness?
A: You need to re-wire your mind to learn to shut the ego down when you are tapping into Oneness. You need to train your mind to stay silent and relaxed, as only then, you will connect.
Q: Is Spiritual Oneness the same as Enlightenment?
A: More or less, yes it is, but not entirely. However, they are very similar from my point of view. Enlightenment means that you already are ready to transcend to higher dimensions beyond the human consciousness and physical dimensions. Oneness is something you experience, and you work on it while you continue to have experiences in the third dimension.
Q: Can plant medicine help in experiencing Oneness?
A: Yes and no. You need to be called by Plant Medicine before you experience it, and still, it is not a shortcut to experience Oneness. If you are not open enough, you will not experience Oneness with any Master Plant. However, if you are ready, you might experience Oneness while under the effects of the Plant Teacher. You will not fully control the experience, and it is important you can achieve Spiritual Oneness without external aids first.
Q: How does self-love contribute to the experience of Oneness?
A: One teaching about self-love is for you to allow yourself to have. Only with this, do you already enable yourself to be part of the collective conscious, thus bringing you closer to Oneness.
Q: What are some practical steps for integrating inner work with Oneness?
A: Add meditation to your life, as well as inner work focusing on integration. Self-love, kindness, and compassion will be your best aids. Ultimately, in a controlled environment follow the right steps.
