Twilight Sleep is also part of your life
Hello! How are you doing with Astral Travel? There are several entries and weeks of growth, but you have to practice a little to get out of the body. We will talk about twilight sleep this week, and I will tell you super exciting things about it. For example, did you know that during a twilight dream, you can have revelations? It is a fascinating topic, and since last week we talked about the astral plane, it is a good time for this topic. I want to tell you that this is a phase that everyone can easily experience, although it is true that there are people who tend to experience more twilight dreams than others.
What exactly is Twilight Sleep?
This is a topic that I wanted to touch on but in a very casual way. Especially since this is something that I have experienced and enjoyed very much night after night, since I was little, until last night (and it will be tonight too.) And by this, I mean that you may have a natural tendency to experience a twilight sleep easily. This is quite common, and there is nothing special about this matter. This phase can happen at any time and many times. You will realize it once this dream is over, although it is also possible to have some lucidity during one.
It’s a bit complicated to explain through language what a twilight dream feels like, but to give you an idea, it’s like a long time has passed, but you can’t tell how long. It would be unnecessary to know since the perception of linear time changes drastically during one of these dreams. It may seem to you that hours have passed when it has been a moment, and of course, the other way around also happens, even more so. This can happen with naps, and many times, they can give you a scare thinking that you are late when only a few minutes have passed.
I will tell you how to identify a twilight dream.
You may be wondering if you rest during one of these dreams. After observing this myself and with hundreds of people I help in my lucid dreaming course, I can say that it does rest in most cases. However, sometimes it can give you the perception that you had not rested at all. The mind is mighty, and in a situation where it seems to you that you have slept for a moment, but hours have passed, it gives the impression that the whole night has been lost, which can be very frustrating, and draining.
The dream of twilight sleep is like an almost forgotten memory.
However, as is the case with me, the whole night is not just dreams or a deep sleep phase. I wake up several times a night naturally, and I love to meditate in the wee hours of the morning. Therefore, I do these meditations in bed and let myself fall asleep. I do these meditations simply by visualizing white Light or an empty void while listening to silence. This is the perfect formula to induce twilight sleep and enter this exciting phase. You may enter a lucid dream or even astral travel in this situation. For this reason, it is imperative to have clear intentions.
In fact, with a bit of practice, this will become normal for you. And it is possible to get certain benefits during this phase, although it is perhaps a stage more of observation and healing than entertainment. In a twilight dream, it is difficult to explain events since nothing happens, and at the same time, many things happen. In a way, this is like lucid during the mind’s organizing.
Project intentions!
As I explained to you a moment ago, there are certain things you can do during (or before) this phase. The ideal is that you live it by your means. But it is possible to have particular intentions for a moment during twilight sleep and play with linear time so that you receive healing from your Higher Self in these moments. By having your consciousness more receptive, this healing will go much deeper, and you don’t have to be a healer to benefit from this. Therefore, all you have to do is fall asleep in a meditative state. Visualize the feeling of twilight sleep and visualize white Light from your Higher Self.
This healing may not be perceived as such. In fact, by the time you realize it, you will probably already be waking up from twilight sleep. However, it is at this moment, when consciousness returns to the physical plane ultimately, that healing also materializes on this plane. You will be able to perceive as if all the healing came at once. Practice is ideal here since you will learn through sensations and experiences.
Also, if you’re doing astral projection or lucid dreaming, you’re going to experience a lot of twilight dreams (but don’t confuse them with sleep paralysis, it’s not the same thing.)
The key is to understand this phase when you look at your hours of rest.
There is no need to be concerned or feel obsessed with this. Twilight sleep is a phase we have little control over, yet there is always a reason to experience this consciously. Next week, we will talk about a topic many people have asked me about. I want to mention that during an abortion, the baby’s soul does not suffer a negative destiny; in fact, this action could be necessary for the good of this soul. But all this in a week!
