To Astral Project or not Astral Project: It’s your choice to learn how!

Hello! Have you already heard the February 2022 Forecast? As I told you last week, I will bring you a small compilation of interesting posts that will help you to Astral Project and explore outside of your body. And I want to start this post by saying that to be successful with Astral Travel; you have to practice a lot, push yourself and have patience. This isn’t something you get by reading a handful of posts and trying it out for a couple of nights. This blog will not go anywhere, so put in the effort and time, and you will see that you are going to astral project, which will change your perception of all of existence.

Everything you need to astral project.

Firstly, let’s start with a guide. Although there are courses available to learn how to astral travel, you have the possibility to learn without having to buy the course. In this post, you have a free step-by-step guide to have a trip to the astral, and start exploring an incredible world:

Another important issue to consider is the issue of sleep paralysis. This is perhaps the biggest block and problem when learning to astral travel. I want to tell you that there is nothing to fear from sleep paralysis, and I have explained why in this post:

So, with this you already have a very solid base and perhaps months of practice and improvement, with the goal of having a trip to the astral plane, you will be able to enjoy a full astral projection. As with everything, it requires dedication, practice, desire, and a lot of patience with no rush.

I want to share some posts where you can better understand the difference between different states of consciousness, as well as more tips. In the end, the most important thing is to have enough knowledge and resources to put them into practice, to help you to astral project. Over time, understanding will grow:

Sometimes life can put limitations on us that can block our progress to astral project. However, there are always ways to reach the goal. As the saying goes, “All roads lead to Rome.” You may not like the path ahead of you, but if you want to reach your goal and have a trip to the astral, it is necessary to find your inner power and move towards your goal. Here are a couple of posts that will help you:

• Aphantasia and Astral Travel. (Although it may seem impossible, things can still be remembered with anticipation, but in a different way.)
• Physical limitations that slow your progress. (You have to have a good connection with the physical body to get out of it.)
• Learn to control your mind if it doesn’t shut up. (Achieving mental silence is essential, and if you have difficulties, this post will help you.)
