You are your soul, and you own a human body. This “The Journeys” meditation will teach you.
Here we are another Wednesday and this week we have new meditation! By the way, how about the forecast? I wanted to launch a meditation like this since it touches a wonderful and important subject. This is a meditation of the soul. We always say “we have a soul,” however, that is incorrect. We are the soul, a soul that had many different lives on this and other planets. The human body you have now only corresponds to this current lifetime. When it is your time to cross, you will continue to (and only be), the soul,
Perhaps you have a habit of thinking of “your soul” as something that “belongs to you.” Just like you say “my arm” or “my car,” you also say “my soul,” and this is honestly not correct. It is hard to understand because we are not used to it. If I tell you, “your past lives,” you know they were yours, or you know you “had” past lives. Who? The name you put on your identification document? I do not think so, mainly because you have had past lives where documents did not exist as we know them today.
Your body can’t be either, you were a baby, you have photos, and when it’s time, your physical body will expire. However, you have had past lives, and you know it. With other bodies, but they were also yours because it was your past life. As in this life, your body is yours. Therefore, you see that I mean “you-soul,” a soul that has had different bodies, names, and even lifes outside this planet; this soul meditation will help you see it.
Explore your soul with this meditation, the true essence of you.
Talking about topics such as the soul can sometimes be complicated. I have a fascinating entry here on the subject. Sometimes, it is necessary to feel things or even see or experience it. This meditation will help you see “your” soul. It is a very deep meditation-exploration, but simple to do. Explorations bring you the opportunity to discover. Since we live in duality, we have lost certain connections, as with our soul, that is, our essence and eternal existence.
You have to find a comfortable position and let this soul exploration meditation guides yourself. It will help you feel that your life is much more authentic, as if you had a higher perception. You will be more in sync with your life, which will benefit your self-esteem and personal potential. You will also have inner peace since you will notice yourself whole and complete. Perhaps you can even perceive memories of your soul, perhaps essential memories that will help you in this life. Maybe you will feel a state of peace, but you will strengthen the connection between you (soul) and you (your conscience).
