Relaxation meditation

One of the leading and most common reasons when meditating; enjoy relaxation and leave all your burdens aside. There are many reasons to meditate, depending on the person; you may need more than others. However, being able to relax is a widespread goal.

These are very simple meditations, and, in a way, easy, as they only focus on finding moments of peace and tranquility. You will find that doing these meditations will make you feel good, and if you are only looking for that, these meditations are ideal for you!

One positive aspect of these meditations is their goal. Just to relax, nothing else, besides experiencing profound healing since all these guided meditations are charged with Reiki White Light from Source, which is the highest form of vibrational energy.

A Relaxing Meditation

You can do a lot of things during meditation, but sometimes, all you need to do is to reach for calmness. A relaxation meditation contributes very much to your well-being since you unwind and let go of what does not belong to you.

A proper self-care way connects by yourself investing a little bit of time to focus on meditation for relaxation. I recommend that you try tonight a relaxing sleep meditation to find yourself a profound and restorative sleep.

If you improve your sleep, you will feel better during the day. If you are more relaxed during the day, you will sleep better at night. As you can see, this is a positive circle, so imagine how powerful this becomes if you both experience a profound sleep, and you can maintain a peaceful state of being during the day. You will transform your lives in ways you never imagined.

Stress doesn’t allow you to meditate

Even if you think you are trapped by stress, and you cannot meditate, when you include a relaxing meditation in your daily practice, you will slowly improve, and love meditation more and more. Keep in mind that this is essential for stress relief. Maybe at the beginning, you will only be able to meditate for a few minutes, but this already makes a difference.

Let’s do a small exercise. You will close your eyes, and take a deep breath by inhaling very slowly and holding the air for about ten seconds. Once you do, you will slowly let go of the air and slowly, open your eyes. I am sure you can feel a tiny difference, but maybe it is too trivial, so I invite you to close your eyes again, and instead of one deep breath as before, you will take three. On your third exhale, you will slowly open your eyes. I am sure you can find already a difference in the form of possibly a lighter head.

By doing an exercise for 15-30 seconds you already benefit yourself. I invite you to invest less than ten minutes to experience one of these relaxation meditations. You will feel wonderful after, much more balanced, grounded, centered, and overall, a lot more positive. This is a state of mind that you will pursue often, and you will be getting better at it while you do, so it is truly a huge win-win situation.

Calmness is healing others and for yourself

It is not only about reducing stress or anxiety. You may have already gone through a great ordeal of stress and anxiety in the past, and right now, you have learned your lesson and you no longer have anxiety, clearing any energies from stressful situations. However, this doesn’t mean that you don’t need to experience meditation for relaxation.

Our society is fast-paced, so from that alone, slowing down is fantastic, and will nurture your brain in ways you can’t image. This will reflect on other individuals as yourself being a calm person. I can assure you that pretty much all individuals appreciate that you are a calm person. People will find comfort in connecting with you since most individuals are not calm.

Of course, meditation is a fantastic aid for your health (source: National Institute of Medicine) so you need to keep into account that meditating will promote a longer life spawn with greater physical and mental health. When you meditate, you slow down your entire system. You will be relaxing your heart, your brain, and your central nervous system promoting the body to go into a state of self-healing.

Reasons why you want to meditate daily

I recommend daily practice when talking about relaxation meditations. You need to invest 5 to 10 minutes in daily meditation. Don’t tell me you don’t have this time, because if you do, I will ask you to invest 15-20 minutes. Don’t worry, you can sacrifice phone or TV time to meditate instead. You will be nurturing your brain and your heart… something more appealing, right?

You can also check out the morning meditations category as well as the 5-minute meditation one where you will find some of the easiest and shortest guided meditations.  These meditations are super easy to implement in your life, as you can do them first thing in the morning, for example. Or you can invest yourself in sleep meditations, which will help you to sleep better as well.

You will bring a lot of benefits to your life when talking about daily meditation. In a similar way to your daily workout, you need to make sure to invest some time. A good thing here is that for meditation you don’t need as much time as for working out, however, if you could invest a more prolonged amount of daily meditation, the benefits will multiply.

Relaxation Meditations promote emotional well-being.

Another awesome benefit from this meditation is to let go of difficult emotions giving a break to your Heart Chakra. When you release negative emotions, you will give yourself a big unwinding, as negativity drains away your energy, so you need to do something about it, and meditating is an amazing choice.

Through meditation you will be able to channel your emotions in a way that you can better manage and comprehend them, giving you a more clear vision of how to approach each situation.

Think about rebooting a computer, first, the computer seems to go slower, and slower, getting to not function properly and even freezing, however, if you reboot the computer, it will go faster again. Why? Because there are a lot of files stored in the temporal memory, in the RAM (it doesn’t clear 100%), as well as electrical charges and a lot more techy things.

When you reboot the computer, temporal files are cleared away, and everything tapping the RAM is removed entirely. A guided meditation will provide this desired reboot to your brain, which is precisely a powerful computer. Plus, this reboot benefits your entire physical body, so in a way, it is amazing.
