Starseed types refer to the specific star system where a soul first incarnated before eventually coming to Earth. Each origin carries distinct traits and gifts that you might relate to.

1. Pleiadian Starseeds
A Pleiadian starseed is associated with the Pleiades (also called the Seven Sisters), and it's located in the Taurus constellation. If you are from here, you may have deep emotional intelligence and a natural desire to heal or support others. Physical Symptoms
Electrical sensitivity. This one is very annoying; I know it well, and the list is long: lights may flicker, watches may stop, or devices may drain faster around you, particularly during emotionally charged periods or tiredness.
Temperature changes and physical exhaustion during awakening. Sudden warmth or chills, or other times experiencing heavy fatigue, may appear while you process intense experiences. You are a physical being, so remember to also rest and hydrate, as well as staying connected with your body.
Ringing in the ears and crown chakra pressure. Some people report high tones or even tingling sensations, as well as a small pressure around the top of the head. Spiritual traditions may interpret these sensations energetically around the crown chakra. Also remember that any neurological changes should still be checked when needed with a professional.
Sudden dietary changes. You may either lose or suddenly gain interest in different types of stimulating environments. Other people's emotions may enter your awareness quickly, even if you don't want to... but wait, here we will "double the fun" (not fun at all), which is perceiving humanity's collective pain... this feels physically exhausting and mentally overwhelming. Healthy boundaries help you serve without carrying everything. Ground yourself extra if you feel your mind is overwhelmed at any point because of global energy. You cannot leave Earth, so breathe deeply; don't trigger a panic attack.
Waves of grief or joy. Strong emotions can rise without an obvious present-day cause. Always make sure to give them room, as well as to journal what appears and avoid forcing a cosmic explanation before you understand your human needs.
Changing relationships. Loss of interest in old friendships or a purging of low-vibration relationships can happen as your values change; this one is very real, and it can bring some challenges. So, when you have to, try to leave with honesty and compassion. Difficulty with mundane tasks. Routine may feel empty when your mind wants purpose and depth, since your soul knows that this depth is possible. Remember that besides awakening, you still need to pay bills, care for your body, and remain present on Earth.
Spiritual Symptoms
Vivid dreams. Dreams may become symbolic, a lot of times prophetic-feeling, or filled with stars, unusual beings, and unfamiliar places. For example, I have always dreamt of black holes, weird constellations, and simply being in space.
Psychic openings. It is common to see clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairaudience, or empathic knowing emerging quickly. Development and validation help you separate intuition from fear or wishful thinking, which is important for proper awareness.
A pull toward one star system. The Pleiades, Sirius, Orion, or Andromeda may create an immediate emotional response. You will always realize that resonance is a clue, especially when it repeats across dreams and meditation.
More synchronicities and presences. More open to numbers and an awareness of spirit guides may become more noticeable. If you keep asking, "What type of starseed am I?” begin with observation rather than pressure. Your soul's origin should create deeper self-understanding, so you need to let it unfold naturally so you will experience the most intense feeling.
Notice resonance. Which type made your body warm, brought tears, or created a quiet inner “yes”? A true fact is that your first response often contains more information than the analysis that follows, so write down your top two or three profiles and the exact phrases that moved you.
Study the star systems. Look at photographs of the Pleiades, Sirius, Orion, and Andromeda. Trust me, you will easily tell which one triggers an emotional response. Do not decide after one image; instead, return several times in different moods and see what remains consistent.
Journal your dreams for 30 days. Keep a notebook beside your bed and record star imagery, recurring symbols, unknown languages, landscapes, and beings... as much stuff as possible. On my end, I also look for weird noises that normally are not heard.
