Hello hello! How is the week going? I hope that you are being a little more functional and that you have been able to leave something insignificant behind, at least something small. If so, I am sure you have felt good results, even if they are trivial (to start with!) This week we will talk about mindfulness and how to start enjoying life, but really. It is increasingly important to have a positive and balanced state of mind. We have already talked in previous posts (like this one about mental peace) about the importance of having a clean mind and preventing it from being saturated.

Over time, you will see that your peace of mind will grow, and everything will be more straightforward and accurate. Humans in the third division can perceive linear time for various reasons, including being able to learn and develop. And I have to say there is a lot of polarity or even self-denial, but life is elementary and challenging. Perhaps, I would say that life is much simpler than what we perceive and do in a certain way.

Mindfulness is the ease hidden within the difficulty.

Our society asks more and more of us, requiring us to have a mental balance when it is perhaps difficult to do so. And besides, sometimes it seems that we want to find a path with more mindfulness, which only adds more things to that pressure, including the need to find time to be mindful. But this is not the way to approach mindfulness, as mindfulness is not something you spend time on like meditation.

I want to bring you mindfulness straightforwardly and, as always, from a practical point of view. And, as I said before, everything is much simpler than it seems. The Principle of Polarity is genuine with everything. Few people would say that the invention of mobile phones was wrong; this would be foolish. But it would also be to say that it is an absolute invention. These make our lives immeasurably more manageable, but they also bring a lot of cargo and junk that we don’t need, a lot of things to do, a lot to carry, and a lot of commitments. Also, in a way, being more connected means being busier. But this is not the goal of this article.

Loaded minds will feel entrapment instead of mindfulness.

The goal is to understand what is taking mindfulness away from us. This is simple but tedious because it takes time, and running is counterproductive. For this reason, it is essential to understand your life and know that things are useless, as in the example of the newspaper. Therefore, understanding your life well and managing your time better will already be worth a lot since you will feel more mindful towards things thanks to better peace of mind.

You have to take everything into account.

It is essential to understand that everything is more significant than just one thing. In other words, what we have discussed so far is very good, but it is not enough. Your physical, mental, and spiritual state matters, and you have to look a little more here. For example, unfortunately, fear rules in many aspects of our society. By default, we always expect negative results more easily than positive ones.

A good example would be health. You must be aware of taking care of yourself since we only have this body (in this life), and we must take care of it. However, it is pretty standard for this to become a fear that will not let you live fully. Here is another situation where you have to have mindfulness. The key is not to get carried away by fear or negativity. For example, if you know that it is not harmful to your health to have a romantic dinner from time to time, do not hesitate to have it. Otherwise, you are depriving yourself of positive things, or if you do them with fear, you will not be able to enjoy them fully.

This makes a difference when it comes to returning back to your obligations. And the same when we talk about pleasures like sex. You may hurt others and yourself due to fears and not wanting to face them. Or even worse, your fear or lack of mindfulness could create self-esteem and personal power problems for your children if you have them. In these situations, you only suffer and lose the quality of life when technically, it should be the opposite.

Order and love.

It is not difficult, as I said at the beginning. You must project love and happiness in life and never let things go. It is essential to solve what is negative or depriving you of thoroughly enjoying any aspect of your life. Understand your life, what you have left over, what you can manage better, and what you need more of. All this will contribute a lot to having mindfulness in life.

Now it’s your turn to go gradually (with mindfulness!) and discover those little things that bring color to your life. Sometimes, leaving behind the unnecessary and adding a little something else, he makes an astronomical change. Next week we will return to a classic theme of this blog.
