With this journey, you will have a new experience: Meet your spirit guides now

Hello! How is everything going? As always, thanks for the comments, suggestions, and messages. I hope you liked the information last week about why there is no need to fear the lower astral. Well, this week, we are going to talk about something much higher. Today is the third Wednesday of the month, so the next Journey is ready. Meet your spirit guides with this simple guided meditation. Although many years ago, I already created a guided meditation to connect with the guides, this has the format of a Journey, and it is simpler and more direct.

As you well know, “The Journeys” are guided meditations of twenty minutes each. Each Exploration brings a different topic, something you can visit. In fact, this is the eighth Exploration. It is the best type of meditation to help you explore and connect with your spirit guides.

I will tell you a little more about this journey so that you can meet your guides.

You can read everything about “The Explorations” here, but I will tell you all about this guided meditation:

• It lasts for 20 minutes.
• The “Connect with your Guides” journey has no theta waves, and it also has no subliminal. However, it will have a spiritual background sound and the power to expand your mind.
• There will be a little relaxation, just as my voice will accompany you and guide you so that you know your spiritual guides well.
• You have to follow the sound of my voice, nothing more.
• You will have moments of silence to get to meet and know your spirit guides better.
• When the meditation ends, I will let you know so that I can reconnect with this world.

Once you’re done, be sure to write down your experience!

The Journeys: It is time to meet those beings of light that accompany you.

We have talked in many posts about spirit guides. In fact, I recommend this post and this entry. I have also told you in the past about family members who become guides. And we have even talked about the possibility of being or that you have been a guide. Well, it’s been a long time since I put out a meditation to connect with the guides. However, I see that you like the format of the meditations better. Straightforward meditations of twenty minutes with a simple approach. Being able to connect with your spirit guides will bring a lot of light into your life.

It may be more difficult for you to connect with your guides consciously. However, this journey meditation will help you. You will reach a deeper state of relaxation, and this exploration will help you have a clean connection with your guides. I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it a lot!
