Hello again! How are you doing this week? And for the northern hemisphere, how is summer going? We still have a few weeks left, and instead of thinking that there is little left, focus on the fact that we can still enjoy the days. As we talked about last week, you have to have mindfulness about things. We will talk about a topic that I know some of you missed this week. We will talk about astral travel, specifically OBE techniques that will help you get out of your body when right.

And well, I want to explain that you already have to know about Astral Travel and how to have one. Here is a free guide to astral travel, if you don’t know. My favorite OBE techniques.

Now you have a substantial base to go to the final step, which is to leave your body behind by applying OBE techniques. I will share the ones I like the most. And here I am, not only based on my favorite techniques but also on the methods that work best in thousands of students I have been working with over the years. I want to explain something. First, it is essential to choose an OBE technique and continue to use only that same technique for at least a month.

If you change techniques too quickly, none of them will work for you and will frustrate you. I recommend choosing one of these techniques and using it for four weeks. After four weeks, you will see progress where you may not want to change techniques. Otherwise, this would be the ideal time to change techniques. And without further ado, I leave these techniques:

Rope.

This technique is widespread, and that is why I mention it first. It is about visualizing a rope hanging from the ceiling. You should grab this rope with your visualization but without moving your arms. Grab the rope and start pulling hard on it. It is possible that in one fell swoop, you find yourself floating on top of your physical body. If you know how to climb the rope, use your muscle memory and visualize how you climb the rope, higher and higher, noticing the vibrations increasing more and more.

Freefall.

This is one of my favorites as it is an easy technique to visualize. If you have ever flown in an airplane, been on something in an amusement park, or flown or fallen in normal lucid dreams, this technique will be easy. You have to visualize that sensation in the solar plexus of falling, falling, and falling. Use all the senses for the sensation of the air, and listen to the buzz that you will hear during the vibrations. Momentarily, you will see yourselves fall into the void, outside the body. A very typical OBE technique.

A point on the Third Eye.

Put all your focal attention on the center of the forehead. At first, you can imagine if a fly or ant is walking on your forehead. You will feel like a tickle. Put all your attention here on this sensation. Make an effort to focus all your attention here, and don’t let your attention wander until you see yourself astral.

Tunnel.

Visualize that you are in a very, very long dark tunnel, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Visualize yourself flying into the Light, getting faster and closer to the Light. Continue this visualization until you feel strong vibrations and momentarily leave your body. Be patient and enjoy the peace that this return can give you, as this very peace is essential for this technique to work, as you will become very relaxed.

Look into the dark.

This is my favorite OBE technique. This technique is about looking at the darkness behind your closed eyelids. Visualize the different light sequences or other visual effects you may experience. As you continue to wait, you will see these little lights take shape and begin to form a dream. Ignore this unless you want to lucid dream and visualize yourself outside your body. You will be temporarily out. Listening is also a way to do this technique, but it has to be one of the two if you choose to listen and ignore the visual effects.

Levitation.

It is about visualizing that you start to levitate parallel to the bed. Do it with all the certainty that you will begin levitating, just as if you wanted to lean on your feet to start walking. Visualize yourself as Levites with ease. This technique will help you get closer to getting out fast.

Now it’s time to practice.

I want to comment on one more OBE technique, or rather, a help. This is forced sleep. When you wake up in the morning, try to go back to sleep, but when you reach sleep paralysis, you may be able to leave the body, but if not, you will have an easier time executing your favorite technique successfully.

I hope you like the techniques and find your ideal technique to go out and explore the astral world. And I remind you once again when you try a technique, try not to change it for several weeks.     Could you please clarify this:

    Tunnel:
    I often see tunnel, but it has black in the middle (like the image on this blog at top. If I can’t see the light towards the far end before entering, and feel afraid, how do I find the one with light at the end? Or do I enter the dark one?

    Look into the dark:
    I don’t understand. So are we supposed to ignore the hypnagogia, if so, then what?

      You should flow through the dark one. Remember it is not a dark tunnel as such, this is only a visualization to help your mind to go into a state where Astral Projection can occur.

      By looking into the dark, I mean to just have your eyes open in a pitch black room. Hypnagogia will arrive, and yes, you still need to ignore it. You only focus on hypnagogia if you want to induce a Lucid Dream.

        Okay Thanks I still don’t understand.

        After ignoring the hypnagogia, with eyes closed looking behind dark eyelids,
        what happens next? if I don’t want the Lucid dream, then how long do I ignore the imagery for? And then what do I do?

        I don’t understand this wording:

        1. Once you start ignoring the hypnagogia with eyes closed and looking behind dark eyelids, you should wait until the sleep paralysis intensifies more (you will know). You don’t have to do anything else, only wait and keep focused until this moment arrives. From here, you should do one of the exit techniques mentioned here. The floating above-the-body technique is an easy one for you from here. Regarding the wording, I meant for you to listen so silence, and focus on the sound (or no sound) that you hear in a quiet room.
