Adventure Meditations Kids: A fun and different type of meditation!
Hello! How is your week? I hope the March Forecast has helped you. This week we will talk about Adventure Meditations Kids. These are meditations – adventure, and the name says it all. More than relaxing and finding yourself, you will have a good time. The brain is a fabulous tool that, together with consciousness, we can have experiences totally out of this world.
These meditations are a bit faster and focus on having a different experience when meditating. Are you going to relax? Yes, a little yes, because, after all, they are meditations. However, the main goal is to have fun and a mysterious or different experience.

All my life, friends and family have told me that my voice is very soothing. Several years ago, a shaman and vocalist friend encouraged me to create guided meditations, and that’s how I started. Since then, I began to develop them, inspired and channeled through my Spirit Guides.
