Meditation for Beginners: A simple and easy way to get started with meditation.
The “Soothing Meditation” is a guided meditation for beginners that will help you reach a deep relaxation state. After listening to this meditation, I can assure you that you will be able to feel more serenity and inner peace. You will realize that this meditation centers on relaxation; therefore, even if you are restless, you can relax. You do not need experience in meditation. Find a comfortable place, and follow the sound of my voice.

It is also perfect for practicing to calm your mind. In this meditation, you will find that there is a lot of relaxation time.
