Five minutes meditation: Little meditations between five and nine minutes.
Are you looking for a five minutes meditation? These are five to ten-minute meditations, quick and direct. Maybe only five minutes, and you want to get the most out of it. This meditation, or rather, meditations, will come great. A meditation focused on relaxation for those who are starting. But also great for instantaneous relaxation for those who dominate their minds.

These five minutes guided meditations come with Theta brainwaves. These will help you reach a deeper level of healing and relaxation. It also comes with subliminal messages that will assist as arrive at a deeper level of healing while surpassing blocks from fear and limiting self-belief. This way, the most profound healing will occur within yourself. All five meditations are focused on healing and cleansing because they are powerful. Maybe you have only 10 minutes, and you want to get the most out of them. However, this meditation (or, better said, meditations) will come in very handy. Before we start, maybe you know nothing about meditation or spirituality. Additionally, I recommend you practice. First, you have to find some balance with yourself. Although this meditation is suitable for any time, others fit more. Once you’re done, be sure to take notes of all your experiences. A five minutes meditation is short, but it can give good experiences. Even those that are a little longer can bring good moments of accomplishment. Therefore, taking notes may bring more into the experience.
